My Obsession With The Cheesecake Factory!
My First Experience
When I first walked between the large, white marble columns in The Cheesecake Factory I was stunned. I was eight years old, on the way to my very first Kenny Chesney concert, and I was absolutely starving. I heard my aunt rave about this restaurant many times before, but I was not expecting what I walked into. The smell in the building and the sight of all the cheesecakes in the cheesecake counter instantly made my mouth water. When we were seated at the table, I was amazed at how large the menu was. I had never been to any restaurant that had two pages of appetizers and at least three pages of cheesecake choices! The menu was overwhelming, to say the least, but the food was well worth it! Before the food came out the waiters brought out two different types of bread: a type of brown, multi-grain bread (my personal favorite), and a sourdough bread. We didn't wait long before the food came out, and I ordered my favorite meal, fettuchini alfredo. I was scared when I first saw the dish because the noodles were green and I had never seen alfredo look like that, but when I took the first bite it was safe to say I was in "food heaven." After finishing our entrées it was time to order one of the infamous cheesecakes. By this time I was already stuffed, but you can't go eat at The Cheesecake Factory without ordering a cheesecake! So, I ordered a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup cheesecake. I watched as waiters passed with other people's cheesecakes and my anticipation continued to build. Finally, our cheesecakes were brought to our table and before anybody could even look at mine I had taken a bite. My mouth literally dropped. The cheesecake was so moist, not one bite seemed dry and it was filled with flavor. I had never tasted anything so good! After we paid and were leaving I noticed full cheesecakes that were for sale and I was determined to take one to my father to try. Unfortunately, my mother said no and I accepted her refusal thinking my dad needed to experience The Cheesecake Factory just like I did. After my phenomenal, mouthwatering experience, The Cheesecake Factory became my favorite place to eat! On a scale of one to ten this restaurant is definitely at least a nine!
Other Experiences
Due to my out-of-this-world first time experience at The Cheesecake Factory, any time I see one of the restaurants I stop to eat there. The most recent time I went was for my birthday in August. This was truly a trip I will never forget, I would be willing to classify it as better than my first experience! My sweet bestfriend surprised me by taking me to The Cheesecake Factory in Buckhead, Georgia in the Atlanta area and the way we were treated there was as if we were royalty. Outside there was valet parking only. The inside was beautifully decorated with a spiral staircase leading to the upstairs area, which I had never seen in any other Cheesecake Factory, and looked overall very prominent. My friend and I chose to sit outside on the patio, which was just as beautiful as the inside. Again, the waiter brought us bread while we waited for our meals. I decided to try something new this time, Chicken Bellagio, my new favorite dish! The dish was angel hair noodles in a pesto and alfredo cream sauce, topped with parmesan crusted chicken, which had prosciutto ham atop it. I love the dish so much that I don't think I will order anything else again! Another memorable experience for me is going to The Cheesecake Factory with my cousin just to try different cheesecakes and to eat fried macaroni and cheese bites. For me, The Cheesecake Factory is place full of memories!
